Did ribs and shoulder today (May 9, 2009). So far the ribs have turned out well. Still waiting on the shoulder. It went in at at 6:30 this morning; it’s now 9:00 and I still haven’t pulled it. It will come out soon though. Here’s a pic of the ribs and my smoker.
OKAY…I want some of these babies right now. This picture makes me start licking my fingers and looking for a huge napkin.
